Alongside Dr. Sandra Carmignani\u2014business anthropologist, consultant in culture and team dynamics\u2014we have developed a unique diagnostic method, rooted in anthropological insights, that transforms how companies understand and shape their internal culture. Tired of the traditional \u201cCV-pushing\u201d model, where headhunters simply passed files to HR departments, I chose a much more engaged posture. My ambition was to immerse myself in companies\u2019 ecosystems\u2014playing the role of facilitator, coach, mentor, and advisor. I wanted to do more, better, and differently. The goal was clear: to help organizations build teams not only with strong skills, but also truly aligned with their values, vision, and long-term ambitions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This shift was based on a strong conviction: corporate culture\u2014this set of shared values, implicit behaviors, and informal codes\u2014is an invisible force that determines either success or stagnation. Too often overlooked in recruitment, it can lead to costly mismatches when ignored. Her expertise in social and cultural anthropology became the methodological foundation of Jobprofile. Together, we first tested our approach with a small circle of trusted clients.
