You\u2019re doing better than you think.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dear friends,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As December unfolds, I feel a mix of gratitude, hope, excitement, and a sincere belief that what lies ahead could be deeply transformative.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I want to share something honest. Not a polished corporate review or a perfectly structured recap, but the real texture of this moment, the beautiful parts, the chaotic parts, the parts that catch us off guard.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You know what I mean.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The pressure.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The deadlines.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The never-ending meetings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The family obligations, invitations, last-minute errands and travel plans.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And beneath all that: the doubts, the fatigue, the transitions, the anxiety, the nostalgia.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For many, this season that\u2019s meant to feel bright can actually feel like a pressure cooker. We try to stay efficient, present, joyful, even while carrying invisible weight.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And in the middle of it, someone always asks:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u201cSo\u2026 what are your plans for 2026?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here\u2019s what I want to say:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><strong> Take a breath. You\u2019re doing better than you think.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This message is inspired by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jobprofile.ch\/en\/career-coaching\/\">incredible people<\/a> I\u2019ve crossed paths with this year (coachees, clients, colleagues, friends). Dozens of journeys, hundreds of conversations, and just as many reminders that despite uncertainty and noise, human resilience is extraordinary.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I\u2019ve seen people navigating doubt.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Professionals rebuilding themselves.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Careers restarting at fifty or beyond.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leaders recovering after burnout.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Talents rediscovering their worth.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Individuals daring to change direction.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These stories are the real fabric of the working world.<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text text_direction=&#8221;default&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1765391871570{margin-top: 50px !important;}&#8221;]\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>The noise around us\u2026 and what we actually need<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Every December, predictions flood in.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This year it\u2019s:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AI will transform everything.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jobs will disappear.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The economy will shift.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We must move faster, reinvent ourselves, evolve.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maybe.
