Sit down. The arrival of AI forces a brutal introspection: what, in what I do, is truly human?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creativity, empathy, complex negotiation, ethical leadership, critical thinking, the ability to give meaning and vision \u2014 these are the refuges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Technology will never take away from humans:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the ability to create meaning,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the ability to embody a project,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the ability to inspire trust,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the ability to bring out the best in others.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">That is the true leadership of tomorrow.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The future of work does not belong to those who obey or control best. It belongs to those who can clearly articulate their unique added value \u2014 the one machines cannot (yet) simulate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AI does not threaten jobs. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It threatens jobs devoid of meaning. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It threatens careers without understanding. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It threatens people who were never invited to name their value.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But for those who can say:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cI transform.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cI support.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cI connect.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cI create trust, clarity, and relationships.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cI make organizations more human, more intelligent, more strategic.\u201d<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For them, AI is not a threat. The others will continue earning high salaries while pretending \u2014 until no one pretends with them anymore.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">So yes, it is urgent to part ways with managers who refuse to learn.
