The first 7 sessions of the program are identical to those in the Essential Program. The subsequent sessions focus on practical and effective job searching, equipping you with the strategy and essential tools you need to highlight your unique value in the job market.

This program includes exercises to complete between sessions.
It includes as well a video interview simulation exercise and the Adequacy Corporate Culture Analytics assessment which tests company culture, personal values, personality and motivations.
