How long does an outplacement program last?

We offer 3, 6, 9 and 12 months programs. Each program is tailored to the needs and requirements of the client and the individual.

How does an outplacement program work?

The program follows three main stages (preparation for the job market, job search, return to work and on-boarding). Previous to these stages, a stage of introspection and “mourning” process may be necessary depending on the context of the layoff and the needs of the individual.

As with career coaching, whether in person or remotely, our methodology is based on active listening and exercises to be done between sessions in order to achieve a concrete result at each session. The final objectives of the outplacement are discussed with the coach at the beginning of the program.

In addition, we work with a digital platform that centralizes the work done and the documents between the coach and the coachee. Workshops and webinars are part of the programs we offer.
