The Career program is designed to help you first establish an effective and authentic position in the job market, as well as create a ready-to-use, actionable application package, whether you are currently job hunting or already employed. Thus, the initial sessions are similar to those in the Essential and Advance programs. Indeed, whether you’re pursuing career advancement, internal mobility, contemplating your future, or navigating a change or transition, you must first be clear about your value proposition in the job market, your skills, and what you hope to achieve or do with your career.
The additional sessions focus on the strategy you will implement with your coach. In all cases, the approach is personalized and adapts to your pace, your needs, and your challenges.

This program includes exercises to complete between sessions.
It includes as well as a video interview simulation exercise and the Adequacy Corporate Culture Analytics assessment which tests company culture, personal values, personality and motivations.
